Mid month of my documentary on bee sting therapy
Today is the 15th and on the first of July I started to document my progress using bee stings to see how my lymphoma would react. I am not up to 490 stings as I began in late May to do the therapy. 20 stings under my arm every other day and 3 in the centre top of my head. Ouch I can say for sure. The tumour has not gone down but the area seems to be changing.
I have cut dairy out of my diet. I am taking one or more tablespoons of sauerkraut every day for my digestive system. I am eating some haddock and halibut fresh from the ocean which I buy at the farmers market. It comes by FedX and tastes so good it is hard to believe. I also do a meal of chicken breast every week. This week I added fresh sweet white turnips and more shitake mushrooms. I will be adding some sea weed soon. My diet supports me very well and with the supplements I have the feeling I am healthy but not well due to the cancer. I drink no or very little coffee at all.
My major hurdle is my smoking and although I stopped at the beginning of the month I find myself puffing away again for no really good reason. It is that problem which I feel is standing in the way of my healing so I am dealing with it as best I can. Every day at a time.

Proof of the pudding
Today in the Globe and Mail I spotted the article below concerning frogs whose sex were changed from male to female using a current and controversial weed killer Atrazine. In Homeopathy to find out what a remedy can be used for, healthy people will take measured doses of the substance and report what symptoms they encounter. This is called a proving.
The experiment on frogs is a proving and so we can expect that taking larger doses of the insecticide into our bodies will have some effect on our sexuality. Alarming to think of.

Researchers' findings likely to fuel debate over chemical widely used on Canadian corn fields but banned in Europe. Researchers in the United States say they have turned male frogs into females by exposing the amphibians to tiny of atrazine, a weed killer widely used on corn fields in Canada and often found in water supplies in agricultural areas.
The chemically induced sex change occurred by dosing frogs at concentrations of the herbicide 50 per cent below Health Canada's guideline for drinking water.
When the amphibians that had been chemically turned into females copulated with other male frogs that weren't given the herbicide, they laid eggs and all the resulting tadpoles were males.
The discovery that in an experimental setting atrazine induces sex changes in frogs is likely to further increase the controversy over the chemical, which has been banned in Europe because it contaminates ground water but is one of
the most commonly used herbicides in North America.
The finding was based on a study led by researchers at the University of California Berkeley and released today online in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences [http://www.pnas.org], a major peer-reviewed U.S.journal. The study concluded that the males had been "chemically castrated" and "completely feminized." "There is no question that atrazine completely sex-reversed genetic [chromosome] males, resulting in reproductively functional females," it said.
The lead researcher, Tyrone Hayes, a professor of developmental endocrinology at the university, said the possibility that a herbicide can skew reproduction in frogs represents a potential new threat to the amphibians, whose populations are dwindling in many parts of the world.
"Everybody is focusing on things that kill frogs in terms of global amphibian decline, but you can easily imagine a population going extinct just because they don't breed properly," Dr. Hayes said.
All the atrazine sold in Canada is made by Syngenta AG, a Swiss-based seed and pesticide producer that has previously disputed findings that the herbicide hazardous. "We stand behind the safety of our product," said Judy Shaw, a company spokesperson.
She said Syngenta hasn't seen the latest research and isn't yet in a position to comment on it.
Atrazine has been dogged by controversy since the late 1980s, when it was found to cause mammary tumours in one strain of laboratory rats, a discovery followed by contested research indicating it may have gender bending impacts on
amphibians and other types of animals.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is currently re-evaluating the safety of the weed killer based on concerns it is polluting groundwater and may be a human health hazard. But in 2007 it rejected the view that the chemical can alter the sexual development of amphibians, in part because research hasn't consistently detected these effects.
Health Canada also conducted a review of atrazine released in 2007 that concluded the chemical doesn't "entail an unacceptable risk to the environment." But it is looking at the new research. "Health Canada is monitoring new findings on atrazine and will take additional regulatory action if necessary to protect human health and the environment," it said in a response to the study.
Regulators typically don't react immediately to new studies until their effects are confirmed by other scientists, which would give the results added weight.
Some researchers are skeptical about the sex change finding. The study speculated atrazine causes frogs to increase the amount of a key enzyme known as aromatase, that converts testosterone to estrogen. "That theory doesn't stand up to closer examination," contends Keith Solomon, a professor of environmental biology at
the University of Guelph. He said that previous testing hasn't found aromatase increases "in well-conducted laboratory studies."
In the new study, the researchers exposed a group of male African clawed frogs, a commonly used laboratory species, to 2.5 parts per billion of atrazine from hatching onward, and another male group to none of the chemical. Of the 40 exposed male frogs, four were turned into females, four were normal males, and the rest were emasculated,
with decreased testosterone levels, feminized larynxes, and decreased sperm production. None of the so-called control animals experienced gender changing impacts.
A part per billion is an extremely small amount, the equivalent of one second or elapsed time over a 32-year period. The experimental dose used was below Canada's drinking water guideline of 5 ppb, but above the safe wildlife exposure standard of 1.8 ppb. Figures contained in Health Canada's 2007 atrazine evaluation found concentrations in groundwater of up to 1.2 ppb.

Sir Wiliam Osler to the rescue.
I was in a heated debate with an eminent doctor about Homeopathy and I sent him a quote by Sir William Osler. Here it is.

"Funny you should quote Osler to me. He was one of Medicine's first scientifically oriented clinicians basing his ideas on observation research and the brilliant pathological studies of Rudolph Virkow.
He knew that homeopathy was bunk and said so along with comments about phrenology etc. ..."
I looked up Sue Young's site http://homeopathy.wildfalcon.com/ The site has histories of all the famous men who used Homeopathy or said something about it. It is surprising the famous people who used and spoke well of Homeopathy. Press search and enjoy... I also find that there is a growing community who are using and examining Homeopathy and it includes many doctors, scientists, artist and everyday folk. Homeopathy is the medicine of the 21st Century.
Now have to band together to stop Pharmaceuticals from weakening our immune systems and harming our emotions and minds with the medicines they sell that have debilitating side effects.

Thiomerosal - in our vaccines Not Good!!!
The WHO says the swine vaccine we will get has Thiomerosal in it and that it is safe. Others say it is not. I thought I would go to Wikipedia and read what they say. This is what they say. Does not sound safe to me on reading this.

Thiomersal (INN) (C9H9HgNaO2S), or sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate, commonly known in the United States as thimerosal, is an organomercury compound (approximately 49% mercury by weight) used as an antiseptic and antifungal agent.
It was invented and patented by Morris Kharasch. The pharmaceutical corporation Eli Lilly and Company gave it the trade name Merthiolate and it has been used as a preservative in vaccines, immunoglobulin preparations, skin test antigens, antivenins, ophthalmic and nasal products, and tattoo inks. The compound is being phased out from routine childhood vaccines in the United States, the European Union, and a few other countries.
Use
Thiomersal's main use is as an antiseptic and antifungal agent. In multidose injectable drug delivery systems, it prevents serious adverse effects such as the Staphylococcus infection that, in one 1928 incident, killed 12 of 21 children inoculated with a diphtheria vaccine that lacked a preservative. Unlike other vaccine preservatives used at the time, thiomersal does not reduce the potency of the vaccines that it protects.[3] Bacteriostatics like thiomersal are not needed in more-expensive single-dose injectables.
In the United States, countries in the European Union and a few other affluent countries, thiomersal is no longer used as a preservative in routine childhood vaccination schedules. In the U.S., the only exceptions among vaccines routinely recommended for children are some formulations of the inactivated influenza vaccine for children older than two years. Several vaccines that are not routinely recommended for young children do contain thiomersal, including DT (diphtheria and tetanus), Td (tetanus and diphtheria), and TT (tetanus toxoid); other vaccines may contain a trace of thiomersal from steps in manufacture. Also, four rarely used treatments for pit viper, coral snake, and black widow venom still contain thiomersal. Outside North America and Europe, many vaccines contain thiomersal; the World Health Organization has concluded that there is no evidence of toxicity from thiomersal in vaccines and no reason on safety grounds to change to more-expensive single-dose administration.
Toxicology
Thiomersal is very toxic by inhalation, ingestion, and in contact with skin (EC hazard symbol T+), with a danger of cumulative effects. It is also very toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause long-term adverse effects in aquatic environments (EC hazard symbol N). In the body, it is metabolized or degraded to ethylmercury (C2H5Hg+) and thiosalicylate.
Few studies of the toxicity of thiomersal in humans have been performed. Animal experiments suggest that thiomersal rapidly dissociates to release ethylmercury after injection; that the disposition patterns of mercury are similar to those after exposure to equivalent doses of ethylmercury chloride; and that the central nervous system and the kidneys are targets, with lack of motor coordination being a common sign. Similar signs and symptoms have been observed in accidental human poisonings. The mechanisms of toxic action are unknown. Fecal excretion accounts for most of the elimination from the body. Ethylmercury clears from blood with a half-time of about 18 days, and from the brain in about 14 days. Inorganic mercury metabolized from ethylmercury has a much longer clearance, at least 120 days; it appears to be much less toxic than the inorganic mercury produced from mercury vapor, for reasons not yet understood.
Risk assessment for effects on the nervous system have been made by extrapolating from dose-response relationships for methylmercury.[9] Methylmercury and ethylmercury distributes to all body tissues, crossing the blood-brain barrier and the placental barrier, and ethylmercury also moves freely throughout the body. Concerns based on extrapolations from methylmercury caused thiomersal to be removed from U.S. childhood vaccines, starting in 1999. Since then, it has been found that ethylmercury is cleared from the body and the brain significantly faster than methylmercury, so the late-1990s risk assessments turned out to be overly conservative. A 2008 study found that the half-life of blood mercury after vaccination averages 3.7 days for newborns and infants, much shorter than the 44 days for methylmercury.
Allergies
Thiomersal is used in patch testing for people who have dermatitis, conjunctivitis, and other potentially allergic reactions. A 2007 study in Norway found that 1.9% of adults had a positive patch test reaction to thiomersal; a higher prevalence of contact allergy (up to 6.6%) was observed in German populations. Thiomersal-sensitive individuals can receive intramuscular rather than subcutaneous immunization,[ so contact allergy is usually clinically irrelevant.[13] Thiomersal allergy has decreased in Denmark, probably because of its exclusion from vaccines there.
It was voted Allergen of the Year in 2002 by the American Contact Dermatitis Society.
Autism

Although there is no convincing evidence that thiomersal is a factor in the onset of autism, many parents, and some scientists and doctors, believe there is a connection. Parents may first become aware of autistic symptoms in their child around the time of a routine vaccination, and parental concern about vaccines has led to a decreasing uptake of childhood immunizations and an increasing likelihood of measles outbreaks. More than 5,000 U.S. families have filed claims in a federal vaccine court alleging autism was caused by vaccines, most implicating thiomersal; the majority of these claims are still being adjudicated. The U.S. federal government agreed to award damages in one case, to a girl with a mitochondrial enzyme deficiency who developed autistic-like symptoms after receiving a series of vaccines, some of which contained thiomersal. Many parents view this ruling as confirming that vaccines cause regressive autism;[20] however, most children with autism do not seem to have mitochondrial disorders, and the case was conceded without proof of causation.
History
Morris Kharasch, a chemist at the University of Maryland, filed a patent application for thiomersal in 1927;[22] Eli Lilly later marketed the compound under the trade name Merthiolate.[3] In vitro tests conducted by Lilly investigators H.M. Powell and W.A. Jamieson found that it was forty to fifty times as effective as phenol against Staphylococcus aureus.[3] It was used to kill bacteria and prevent contamination in antiseptic ointments, creams, jellies, and sprays used by consumers and in hospitals, including nasal sprays, eye drops, contact lens solutions, immunoglobulins, and vaccines. Thiomersal was used as a preservative (bactericide) so that multidose vials of vaccines could be used instead of single-dose vials, which are more expensive. By 1938, Lilly's assistant director of research listed thiomersal as one of the five most important drugs ever developed by the company.
Thiomersal's safety for its intended uses first came under question in the 1970s, when case reports demonstrated potential for neurotoxicity when given in large volumes as a topical antiseptic. At the time, the DPT vaccine was the only childhood vaccine that contained it; a 1976 United States Food and Drug Administration review concluded that this use of thiomersal was not dangerous. Concerns about mercury arising from Minamata disease and other cases of methylmercury poisoning led U.S. authorities to lower reference doses for methylmercury in the 1990s, about the same time that autism diagnoses began rising sharply. Thiomersal (INN) (C9H9HgNaO2S), or sodium ethylmercurithiosalicylate, commonly known in the United States as thimerosal, is an organomercury compound (approximately 49% mercury by weight) used as an antiseptic and antifungal agent.
It was invented and patented by Morris Kharasch. The pharmaceutical corporation Eli Lilly and Company gave it the trade name Merthiolate and it has been used as a preservative in vaccines, immunoglobulin preparations, skin test antigens, antivenins, ophthalmic and nasal products, and tattoo inks. The compound is being phased out from routine childhood vaccines in the United States, the European Union, and a few other countries.
Use
Thiomersal's main use is as an antiseptic and antifungal agent. In multidose injectable drug delivery systems, it prevents serious adverse effects such as the Staphylococcus infection that, in one 1928 incident, killed 12 of 21 children inoculated with a diphtheria vaccine that lacked a preservative. Unlike other vaccine preservatives used at the time, thiomersal does not reduce the potency of the vaccines that it protects.[3] Bacteriostatics like thiomersal are not needed in more-expensive single-dose injectables.
In the United States, countries in the European Union and a few other affluent countries, thiomersal is no longer used as a preservative in routine childhood vaccination schedules. In the U.S., the only exceptions among vaccines routinely recommended for children are some formulations of the inactivated influenza vaccine for children older than two years. Several vaccines that are not routinely recommended for young children do contain thiomersal, including DT (diphtheria and tetanus), Td (tetanus and diphtheria), and TT (tetanus toxoid); other vaccines may contain a trace of thiomersal from steps in manufacture. Also, four rarely used treatments for pit viper, coral snake, and black widow venom still contain thiomersal. Outside North America and Europe, many vaccines contain thiomersal; the World Health Organization has concluded that there is no evidence of toxicity from thiomersal in vaccines and no reason on safety grounds to change to more-expensive single-dose administration.
Toxicology
Thiomersal is very toxic by inhalation, ingestion, and in contact with skin (EC hazard symbol T+), with a danger of cumulative effects. It is also very toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause long-term adverse effects in aquatic environments (EC hazard symbol N). In the body, it is metabolized or degraded to ethylmercury (C2H5Hg+) and thiosalicylate.
Few studies of the toxicity of thiomersal in humans have been performed. Animal experiments suggest that thiomersal rapidly dissociates to release ethylmercury after injection; that the disposition patterns of mercury are similar to those after exposure to equivalent doses of ethylmercury chloride; and that the central nervous system and the kidneys are targets, with lack of motor coordination being a common sign. Similar signs and symptoms have been observed in accidental human poisonings. The mechanisms of toxic action are unknown. Fecal excretion accounts for most of the elimination from the body. Ethylmercury clears from blood with a half-time of about 18 days, and from the brain in about 14 days. Inorganic mercury metabolized from ethylmercury has a much longer clearance, at least 120 days; it appears to be much less toxic than the inorganic mercury produced from mercury vapor, for reasons not yet understood.
Risk assessment for effects on the nervous system have been made by extrapolating from dose-response relationships for methylmercury.[9] Methylmercury and ethylmercury distributes to all body tissues, crossing the blood-brain barrier and the placental barrier, and ethylmercury also moves freely throughout the body. Concerns based on extrapolations from methylmercury caused thiomersal to be removed from U.S. childhood vaccines, starting in 1999. Since then, it has been found that ethylmercury is cleared from the body and the brain significantly faster than methylmercury, so the late-1990s risk assessments turned out to be overly conservative. A 2008 study found that the half-life of blood mercury after vaccination averages 3.7 days for newborns and infants, much shorter than the 44 days for methylmercury.
Allergies
Thiomersal is used in patch testing for people who have dermatitis, conjunctivitis, and other potentially allergic reactions. A 2007 study in Norway found that 1.9% of adults had a positive patch test reaction to thiomersal; a higher prevalence of contact allergy (up to 6.6%) was observed in German populations. Thiomersal-sensitive individuals can receive intramuscular rather than subcutaneous immunization,[ so contact allergy is usually clinically irrelevant.[13] Thiomersal allergy has decreased in Denmark, probably because of its exclusion from vaccines there.
It was voted Allergen of the Year in 2002 by the American Contact Dermatitis Society.
Autism

Although there is no convincing evidence that thiomersal is a factor in the onset of autism, many parents, and some scientists and doctors, believe there is a connection. Parents may first become aware of autistic symptoms in their child around the time of a routine vaccination, and parental concern about vaccines has led to a decreasing uptake of childhood immunizations and an increasing likelihood of measles outbreaks. More than 5,000 U.S. families have filed claims in a federal vaccine court alleging autism was caused by vaccines, most implicating thiomersal; the majority of these claims are still being adjudicated. The U.S. federal government agreed to award damages in one case, to a girl with a mitochondrial enzyme deficiency who developed autistic-like symptoms after receiving a series of vaccines, some of which contained thiomersal. Many parents view this ruling as confirming that vaccines cause regressive autism;[20] however, most children with autism do not seem to have mitochondrial disorders, and the case was conceded without proof of causation.
History
Morris Kharasch, a chemist at the University of Maryland, filed a patent application for thiomersal in 1927;[22] Eli Lilly later marketed the compound under the trade name Merthiolate.[3] In vitro tests conducted by Lilly investigators H.M. Powell and W.A. Jamieson found that it was forty to fifty times as effective as phenol against Staphylococcus aureus.[3] It was used to kill bacteria and prevent contamination in antiseptic ointments, creams, jellies, and sprays used by consumers and in hospitals, including nasal sprays, eye drops, contact lens solutions, immunoglobulins, and vaccines. Thiomersal was used as a preservative (bactericide) so that multidose vials of vaccines could be used instead of single-dose vials, which are more expensive. By 1938, Lilly's assistant director of research listed thiomersal as one of the five most important drugs ever developed by the company.
Thiomersal's safety for its intended uses first came under question in the 1970s, when case reports demonstrated potential for neurotoxicity when given in large volumes as a topical antiseptic. At the time, the DPT vaccine was the only childhood vaccine that contained it; a 1976 United States Food and Drug Administration review concluded that this use of thiomersal was not dangerous. Concerns about mercury arising from Minamata disease and other cases of methylmercury poisoning led U.S. authorities to lower reference doses for methylmercury in the 1990s, about the same time that autism diagnoses began rising sharply. A Natural Miracle
The miracle of Homeopathy
We all take for granted that great advances have been made in medicine. While this is true in some areas, it hardly is in all. As a first response, its handling of acute situations is not as good as Homeopathy. My personal experiences have told me this time and again.
Generally speaking Homeopathy and the Bach Flower Remedies are a better and safer first response. They are effective; they are inexpensive; and are one hundred % safe: no side effects. It cannot be stated any more clearly.
I have added this summary rationale to my blog so everyone who has read my thoughts can decide what they think and how they will treat themselves.
Finally, I want to add that Homeopathic treatment of chronic sicknesses deserves to be looked at for long term care. It is safe over time. The body does not react negatively to the help offered as it moves back to better health.
Every pharmaceutical side effect is your body revolting to what you are ingesting.
Listen to your body. Homeopathy does, and resonates with the bodies healing energies, mobilizing them to defend you properly.
Homeopathy strengthens the body to protect itself.
I rest my case.

Farms and Antibiotics

The Union of Concerned Scientists estimates that 70 percent of the antibiotics used in this country are fed to farm animals. These animals do not receive these drugs the way humans do — as discrete short-term doses. Agricultural antibiotics are a regular feed supplement intended to increase growth and lessen the chance of infection in crowded, industrial farms.
These practices are putting both humans and animals increasingly at risk. In an environment where antibiotics are omnipresent, as they are in industrial agriculture, antibiotic-resistant strains of diseases quickly develop, reducing the effectiveness of common drugs like penicillin and tetracycline.
Despite that danger, the Food and Drug Administration had been reluctant to restrict routine agricultural use of antibiotics. The F.D.A.’s principal deputy commissioner, Dr. Joshua Sharfstein, signaled a welcome change in direction recently, testifying on behalf of a new bill, the Preservation of Antibiotics for Medical Treatment Act. It would allow veterinarians to prescribe antibiotics to treat individual animals or prevent disease, but it would sharply restrict the routine feeding of antibiotics to farm animals — the practice most closely associated with the development of drug-resistant pathogens.
The legislation is drawing strong opposition from the farm lobby since the restrictions would make it much harder for industrial farms to crowd thousands of animals together in confined, inhumane and unhealthy quarters. But the current practice is dangerously self-defeating: treating more and more animals with less and less effective drugs and in turn creating resistant strains of disease that persist in the soil and water. Congress should stop this now before an entire class of drugs becomes useless.

On keeping balance
On one of my first flights into Toronto the plane took a long sweeping turn as it got in line for the landing. When the plane leveled off I did not and so thought the plane was not horizontal to the ground. I was in panic for I thought we would crash for sure. I did not know if I should yell to alert the others. I was terrified. But then we hit the tarmac fine and I realized I was sitting off vertical. Later I was to understand that in fact I was suffering from vertigo at that moment. It was an awful moment in my life for I really thought I would die and all the unsuspecting passengers would too.
I feel this way now for I think we are being killed by our meds and the vaccines that are being now forced on the world. I know this is by design and pray it is not a conscious design but just another example of the greed of the pharmaceuticals and the compliance of everyone who can make a decision in their favour whether Government Health departments or physicians and to me the world at large has opted into this as the way to go and no one is screaming "We are all going to die". Am I just not sitting vertical and everything is alright or am I right? It is a great problem for me to try always to deal correctly in the world.
My faith in Homeopathy and the Bach Flower Remedies comes from actual observations of myself and others getting well when using the remedies. It is a reality I can attest to.
My feelings about vaccines and medicines being foisted on us comes more from reading news and doing research on the various medicines. It also comes to some extent from watching You Tube and such programs like Kymatica and Ian R. Crane talking about COdex Alimenarius. Am I the result of hearsay? Is Monsanto an upstanding citizen of the world or a greedy corporation who cares little for anything but the bottom line and how to make more money by controlling people and the market?
When I am told that Genetically Modified grains do not have the same amount of nutrients in them and that soon we are going to have restrictions on supplement dose sizes and that nutrient values will no longer be put on packaging I have to ask myself am I nuts or are we being weakened by what Governments are opting into? Am I off horizontal or what?

HOW TO DIE?
Every 15 years the New York Times columnist THOMAS L. FRIEDMAN tell us that “we will add 1 billion people to the earth.” Who is kidding whom?
Will we die along with the depleted land from the chemicals used to make enough corn, wheat, rice and soy beans to sustain us? Will we die of the toxic chemicals put into our bodies at the control of the world pharmaceutical companies? The United States soon make rotovirus and influenza vaccinations mandatory. They already do with many of the infant and childhood vaccines. We have a right to ask our governments to rethink their actions. We have a responsibility to question the direction our world is taking.
The immune system that is a central part of all of us is the master guardian of the entity human. The immune system is being breached and weakened with every Pharmaceutical that enters it. Think about this for a second. Every vaccine you have taken has breached your core system and taken away some of the immune system's choices thereby limiting future possibilities of core actions to keep your entire system in balance. [use scientific terms and data like platelet count, T-cells, etc. How do we understand the immune system?]
Using Agent Orange, Roundup or future chemicals intended to annihilate insects and weeds create succeeding generations of those pests with genetic modifications to resist the insecticides. Unintended death to needed vegetation and reproductive flowers occur at a massive level. Pesticides have no brain, they kill everything in its path. It will kill us too. If you watch the news you will know it is killing the bee population of the world, a key partner to our own survival because bees pollinate our plants.
Fertilizers devastate our crops and supporting soil and deplete the nutrients held within the soil. Genetically modified [GM] crop lands can change the make-up of the diversity of our natural vegetation and create sterilization of seeds.
We are being hurled like a rush of lemmings over the cliff of extinction.
Most people, especially younger people, laugh and say you only live once when asked to think about MAN as going the way of the dodo. They shield themselves in a protective place called denial, where logical realization and its consequences become overwhelming. Taking a close look at actual repercussions of our past actions tell the story. The flu vaccine promoted by the US Government in the 1976 Swine Flu season resulted in a woman who needed leg braces to walk and neurological damage. The forced vaccination of babies and kids will suffer untold damage and destroy family lives. We take our chances that our own damage will be minimal and some of us will get through life without a problem and for more and more there are real palpable negative results.
Forced vaccination damages human life in unseen ways. Antibiotics take away parts of our immune systems. We are all compromised internally by this.
The rest of the Pharmaceutical Pandora's box of anti-depressants, sleeping pills, arthritis medications etc. play an ongoing role in our demise. The problem of addiction to some medicines is just the most overt fallout of the side effects created and newsworthy. Lack of focus and negative emotional states can strike even the modest users and are endured as the price of relief.
So to all of us alive now, we have to ask, how can we stay alive and protect our immune systems so we will be healthy till we die? Good health is a matter of personal choice and appropriate action. I hope enough of us speak out loud enough to force governments to turn around and create laws that will benefit the health and wellbeing of it’s citizens. It is a necessary and important step in protecting ourselves. Speak out with your pen and your voice!
