Allergies and what causes dis-ease and disease.

Today I took pictures of my garden as it is Canada Day.  Later I was talking to a woman about Rag Weed which causes allergies and Golden Rod which does not cause allergies but does looks beautiful in the sunlight.
She told me that for years she had allergies every spring and they suddenly went away one year and never came back.  I asked her what happened that made her allergy depart.  She said it was the year she got her divorce.
A  dis-ease causing a disease as so many do.  It is a clean object lesson that many of our chronic ailments are mind driven.

Ill with Cancer and dealing with it.

Food - all organic, no bread, no dairy, little fruit(cancer loves sugar) no sugar.
Diet- Make almond milk drink with cacao and Xyla (Xylytol chemical sweetener)
Smoothie - make in the morning and drink all day.  Made with parsley, apple, bee pollen,
propolis, left over rice with quinoa, amarenth, bok choy, celery, chard, almond pulp, walnuts,
hazelnuts, Flax Oil, omega 3 oil  or variations of above.  Make about 4 cups and it gives me great energy and seems to keep me balanced.
Evening meal - fish or venison or moose or beef plus potato, carrot, mushrooms and onion with garlic.
Supplements - Vit Bs,B12 plus Folic acid C, D, E.  Magnesium and baking soda.
Homeopathy - Hyoscyamus Niger 1M, Rhopakraus 30C
Flower remedy - Pine, hornbeam, Elm, Gentian

I am about to embark on a regimin of Cannabis juice high in CBD and not THC taken an ounce or so three times a day.  Cannabinoids are in all of us and it is a system that becomes dysfunctional in some.  Every cancer cell has receptors for cannabinoids and if they enter they kill the cell.  I will see if that is true.  Great advantage having the offending lymph nodes under my arm and every morning when I shower I can feel them and the area around and tell if it is larger or smaller, more swollen or not.

A Call TO Arms

As our elected rulers in the sham of democracy lead us more and more in the wrong direction in every part of our existence, the enlightened populous, and I take it that most who read this are enlightened, have begun to take back their lives and go in saner directions. We have begun to recognize the errors of the rulers and are doing what we can to moderate and modify our lives in every way. We have begun to be more modest, living inside our personal wealth more. We are eating better and the farmers who are growing organic food are hard pressed to keep us supplied with cleaner food. The gyms are fuller as people start to care for themselves. In health we are seeing more people using alternative medicines and living healthier life styles. It is the obligation for each of the enlightened to encourage the others to better themselves in these ways. The entertainment community is by and large more aware of this than any other group in the working society. It is to a large extent why California is the leader for change to healthier living so often. It is why the famous lend their support to positive action against war and the many wrong directions of our rulers. My responsibility is clear in making my Pocket Pack and selling it as cheaply as possible; for the more I sell, the more I can give away to people waking up. I made my documentary, “me, the bees and cancer” so that I could show it and talk about other ways of healing and encourage people to take charge of their lives for the better. I am clear in creating a magazine that is called “Homeopathy and Us” for people to trade stories of their successful use of Homeopathy. It is right that the magazine is free so that the curious can begin to know that there are other safer ways to deal with health problems. It is my part in the education process that is going on in every direction to bring us into being better and more useful people. Each of us has an inner obligation to show by example how to deal with life in a better more humanistic way. Each of us can teach our children, our friends and our community what we ourselves know through our actions to support what we know. We are richer than the richest billionaire for we have the power of knowledge. Every Pocket Pack that reaches beyond those who know it is a tool for reform. Every person who buys two and gives one to a friend or strangers is giving a powerhouse of proof to that person. I encourage you all to think on this and whether it is inviting friends to partake of a meal of clean food or joining you in exercise or using gentle Homeopathy for illnesses, you are being a force for change. Our society needs your help to move to a better place. You can make a difference.

My life and challenge...

It is a beautiful fall morning and the breeze is rustling in the trees and is warm. The word challenge seems to dominate my life. First there was and is the challenge of cancer. It is ongoing as I try to rid myself of it through the various efforts of good food, good supplement support and healthy living. The bee stings were daunting and some painful and were a big challenge to use this as a means of healing. I ended up stinging myself over 1200 times. The 1K Wave Challenge which I was one of the winners of had a budget ceiling of $1000 and a filming to be finished by the end of July. It was taken on with much trepidation but I have persevered and on Friday night, 2 days from now we shall see how I did with it. My next challenge is upon me now. I have had a goal over the last 10 years to bring Homeopathy into as many lives as possible. To raise the awareness of this successful and safe way of dealing with illness. The Hollywood Survival Kit was in production and selling for 4 years but it was too expensive to make and to buy so I was advised to make a smaller Pocket Pack that was less expensive for people to buy and was therefore and effective way to introduce Homeopathy to people.. The Pocket Pack was first issued in 2007 and indeed it is a wonderful introduction for people as it has remedies almost all of us need from time to time. For stress, anxiety, colds, sprains, toothaches, headaches and sleeplessness to mention a few of the the conditions it deals with. My challenge now is to sell 500 Pocket packs before the year is over. Here is why. It all happened at the beginning of September when my supplier of the remedies BJain said that they could now supply my remedies for the Pocket Pack from their new laboratories in India. BJain is perhaps the largest publisher of Homeopathic books in the world and are tireless in their efforts to expand the use of Homeopathy world wide. Their Canadian Manager Yves Lavoie, a fine homeopath himself, has known me since he was at Dolisos who supplied the first Hollywood Survival Kit with remedies. It was on September 27th at a meeting in downtown Toronto when they said they could supply my Pocket Pack with product by the 1st of December. I signed the contracts and have taken the challenge to live by it. They broke the payments down to reasonable for the 1000 that I felt I needed to really launch the kit. All my efforts to create this launch of the Pocket Pack have taken place in the last two weeks. My financial obligations to do this has to be met by selling Pocket Packs as I have no bank roll to pay for it. I have to find 100 people who can understand my quest and will support it by buying Pocket Packs before October 15th when my first payments are due. Another 100 Pocket Packs must be sold by November 15th to meet the next payment. It is a challenge and I am rising to it. I want to reach the public. I will use as my marketing to the public a free magazine called "Homeopathy and US, that will be at Toronto health food stores by mid November if I can raise the $1000 to publish the first issue. It is already written. It will be for people like you and I who use Homeopathy and are willing to share their experiences. People who will write testimonials to share with the public. Homeopathy is a peoples medicine and I am sure it will grow as more and more people read the testimonials and buy the Pocket Pack and discover that Homeopathic remedies are successful. That they have no side effects is a great plus for even herbal remedies have side effects. My life is full of challenge and I rise to each as best I can. I have gone forward with the launch of the Pocket Pack at this time as I feel my old and new friends and those I reach will buy the Pocket Pack and use it to deal with everyday health problems that we all share. On the 12th I will see my film for the first time with an audience and know how well I dealt with the !KWave challenge to make a feature documentary for $1000. I will also begin
my next challenge to sell 100 Pocket Packs by October 15th.

Mid month of my documentary on bee sting therapy

Today is the 15th and on the first of July I started to document my progress using bee stings to see how my lymphoma would react. I am not up to 490 stings as I began in late May to do the therapy. 20 stings under my arm every other day and 3 in the centre top of my head. Ouch I can say for sure. The tumour has not gone down but the area seems to be changing. I have cut dairy out of my diet. I am taking one or more tablespoons of sauerkraut every day for my digestive system. I am eating some haddock and halibut fresh from the ocean which I buy at the farmers market. It comes by FedX and tastes so good it is hard to believe. I also do a meal of chicken breast every week. This week I added fresh sweet white turnips and more shitake mushrooms. I will be adding some sea weed soon. My diet supports me very well and with the supplements I have the feeling I am healthy but not well due to the cancer. I drink no or very little coffee at all. My major hurdle is my smoking and although I stopped at the beginning of the month I find myself puffing away again for no really good reason. It is that problem which I feel is standing in the way of my healing so I am dealing with it as best I can. Every day at a time.

I won a Challenge to make a Feature Documntary

Went to a movie and saw Ingrid Veninger's I am a good person/I am a bad person. I loved it and when I left the cinema I spoke to her. She recounted her first memory of me. She was running away from the bad guys on camera and tripped but bravely got up and kept running. Finally the director yelled cut. She remembers me standing over her with a bottle of Bach Rescue Remedy asking her if she wanted some. I looked up her site Punk Films and there was this $1000 challenge. Here is the outline that got me one of the five prizes. For many thousands of years mankind has explored one form of medicine or another. It comes as no surprise that there are possible complimentary and alternative treatments to "modern" medicine which merit study. Here is my exploration of 25 years that ends with the use of bee stings in an effort to cure my own cancer. Me, the Bees and Cancer – a documentary feature In 1986, at the age of 52 while working as a 1st Assistant director on feature films, I had the pleasure of being on set with Louis Malle for the feature film, Atlantic City, Norman Jewison on Agnes of God, and I had begun a string of films with David Cronenberg: The Brood, Videodrome, The Dead Zone, and The Fly. I had worked with stars like Sophia Loren, Jeremy Irons, Jane Fonda, Susan Sarandon and Bert Lancaster to name a few. Life was wonderful and full of challenges. I started a TV movie, A Christmas Wife, starring Jason Robarts, Julie Harris and Don Franks. There was only one problem, I had arthritis in my left hand, joints that ached, and my baby finger would not curl up properly. On Agnes of God, I used to go with Jane Fonda to small towns near Guelph and do her video workout program with the local ladies who came to participate. It was fun, but did I ache! Arnica cream brought relief. It helped my arthritic hand for a while, but I knew I would have to do something more serious to get rid of the problem. More by accident than anything else I went to Thompson Homeopathic on Yonge St., just north of Bloor. It’s been there since 1868. They gave me two remedy mixtures, and my arthritis disappeared for almost a decade. That was an epiphany, and my interest in alternate healing techniques began. I started to carry homeopathic books and remedies on film sets. Colleagues on Dead Ringers, Naked Lunch, M Butterfly and series like Friday’s Curse and Pit Pony used the remedies so often and so effectively I became known as “Dr. John”. Over time, I found that the homeopathic remedies were excellent for acute situations. I learned more on every film. For the next 10 years I plied my avocation, and wrote up the case histories and the events that led me to a favorite group of remedies. My question became, how could I tell the world what I had learned? In 2004 I created the Hollywood Survival Kit using remedies I had found most efficient and effective. I began to market this kit to film companies, stars and crews. Jeremy Irons bought the first 10, and Woody Harrelson bought 11. The kit was a bit expensive, so I introduced a Pocket Pack with 5 remedies; a smaller version of my first kit, and a good way to approach the public with an inexpensive way to treat themselves. By 2008 I was raising money and completing business plans to expand my market. Presently, I am designing fiscal and marketing plans to bring these kits to the general market place. In August of 2010 I found a lump the size of two peanuts in my right armpit. I took the normal route: biopsy, CT scan and blood tests. The diagnosis was Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, stage 1. The doctors said it was an early stage, and I could go on working producing the feature film, Hello October; and deal with the cancer after that. We filmed in October, and I had to direct the last week, as the director my best friend Doug Dales became dreadfully ill and hospitalized. He had terminal cancer and he died in little more than a month. In January of 2011, my CT scan and blood tests were almost the same as the first tests. I had lost my best friend and the awareness of my own circumstance became more real. Motivated by my loss and inspired by those who were helped through belief in what I had preached, I took my own "leap of faith". I decided to opt out of Chemo Therapy and Radiation. I had already changed my diet to organic and vegetarian foods. In addition, I was taking supplements including baking soda, magnesium, resveratrol, curcumin and vitamins B, C, D, and E. My August 2011 blood tests showed a slight deterioration and the addition of Epstein Barr Virus, which at first they thought was Aids. Again, the oncologists at Princess Margaret Hospital recommended the standard treatment. Again, I refused. I felt I could succeed with my diet, supplements and homeopathy. In November of 2011 I went to Costa Rica to spend the winter in a hot climate and swim in the ocean. I lived in the mountains about 18km from the Pacific Ocean. For the first months I fared badly, and lost more than 10 lbs. I decided to do more exercise, swimming, hitchhiking and walking between rides up and down the mountain. I was able to gain some weight and strengthen my body. I arrived back in Toronto in mid-April, brown and looking healthy. My spring blood test results were slightly better which gave me hope. My weight was up to 130lbs. My Epstein Barr Virus was still present and this was worrying everyone. I added Vitamin B12 and folic acid to my supplements and took up swimming again to add more strength. At this point my brother, Stephan, who is an apiarist with about 200 hives, suggested I try bee stings to exact a cure. He had already helped a woman survive cancer after the standard treatment of mastectomy with chemo and radiation had failed. I was apprehensive, as were my nutritionist and homeopathic doctor. My brother introduced me to Don Downs who had taught him the art of using sting therapy for ailments like MS and arthritis. Don is a board member of the American Apitherapy Association and a teacher of sting therapy. My advisors remained skeptical, so I set up a conference call between them and Don. The call satisfied my advisors. I began a course of bee stinging every other day. I currently do 20 stings at a time around the lymph node and 2 in the top of my head and aside from the initial pain of the stings I feel ok. I have done about 200 stings so far. I hope by the time I have 500 stings under my belt I should see clinically positive results from my efforts. I would like to make a documentary that chronicles my years exploring alternative remedies and my seemingly radical struggle with the relentless disease: cancer. The Visual Presentation. As I go through my experiences using Apitherapy I will present the healing and learning events of my early career to express a continuity of experimenting with alternative remedies. I will relate through pictures and narration what I have learned from the stars and crew members who showed me, through use, the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies. The film will deal with my experiences using Apitherapy and the use of bee stings to help heal my cancer. I will visit my brother’s honey farm and interview him to better understand the use of bee products for healing. My homeopathic doctor and my supplements advisor will add their wisdom to my case. You will hear and see what I have tried so far. Throughout the film I will be building to a climax of whether I have progressed or not during the filming period. By the end of July I will have stung myself over 500 times and it will be clear to me how I am. My final question will be what to do in the future to continue healing. The good and the bad of me, John Board, will be there too as I work to bring my smoking under control and essentially clean up my own act. It will be the adventure of one man’s search for good health in the world of alternative ways of healing.

My Birthday card to all!

October 22nd the beginning of my 77th year.

I am pleased and excited to announce the 5 winners of our Count the Blooms in my garden Contest. It was fun from beginning to end.

To all those fine folks that entered I am only sorry I could not give a prize to each of you.

I am also packing my bags to go to Costa Rica for the winter; to a farm house near Jaco beach. I leave mid November and return mid April. Got to deal with my Lymphoma in a focused way. Hot and warm is what the doctor ordered. I will even be growing my own greens and vegetables.
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season with everything the way you and your families will treasure.

We are all blessed to be on this world, for if not here where then?

Make every minute count and love every smile you give and get.

I'm smiling now and sending each a big hug.

For the people who wonder does Homeopathy work

HPathy is the largest on line magazine for homeopathy. It has many areas of concern. In the September issue a homeopath interested in wild birds and animals has documented several illness recoveries using Homeopathy. They are worth reading to see how effective Homeopathy can be with wildlife even in extreme cases. Most of these cases were brought about by pesticides sprayed on golf courses, lawns and gardens. Lots of signs telling humans about what was going on but no way for animals or birds could know. It is nice to read how we as people can save our wild friends.

Dehumanizing Mankind

Over the last few months I have become confused more and more about what kind of a world I am in. It feels like mankind is being thrown for a loop by disastrous events like Iraq, Egypt, flu, Economic meltdowns to cite a few. Somehow it lead me to reread 1984 by George Orwell who paints a dim picture of the future. It is chilling reading for in many places he paints the road we are on now. Reading the following paragraph I was shocked.

"in the general hardening of outlook that set in round about
1930, practices which had been long abandoned, in some
cases for hundreds of years—imprisonment without trial,
the use of war prisoners as slaves, public executions, torture
to extract confessions, the use of hostages, and the deportation
of whole populations—not only became common
again, but were tolerated and even defended by people who
considered themselves enlightened and progressive".
pg 258 1984 by George Orwell
http://www.planetebook.com/1984.

This is certainly true from where I stand as I was raised with much higher standards of freedom and caring. We were fighting it seemed for a peaceful and productive world. But now like '1984' we are continually at war and this feels more and more like it is part of the strategy of control and centralizing power. We are fed through the media no different than in 1984.

I feel we are being dehumanized by this and somehow finding the control fine as we have an easy life. But we are being driven from disaster to disaster and seem to be losing the personal control of our lives.

I was directed to the following documentary:
"How the free market ideas of economist Milton Friedman and the Chicago School fostered the impact of shock from the 1970s Pinochet regime in Chile to the Bush administration today.

"Internationally renowned author, journalist and syndicated columnist Naomi Klein on her new book "The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism". Klein is best known for her book from the year 2000, the international bestseller "No Logo: Taking Aim at the Brand Bullies". It was called "A Movement Bible" by the New York Times referring to its incredible impact on the anti-globalization movement. In this extraordinary interview, Klein discusses the key ideas behind her concept of The Shock Doctrine and its importance as an alternate economic, social and political history of the last thirty years. She describes how the free market ideas of economist Milton Friedman and the Chicago School fostered the impact of shock from the 1970s Pinochet regime in Chile to the Bush administration today."

http://blip.tv/the-alcove-with-mark-molaro/naomi-klein-the-shock-doctrine-no-logo-author-feature-interview-526879
This doc is about 50 minutes long and riveting.

We have not yet arrived at the Orwellian world but it seems clear that we are heading in that general direction. For one example just look at the Security net that will surround North America when Canada and the US implement it. It will be as much a prison for those inside as it will be a defended island for those outside.

The US Congress or Senate have or had under discussion if they should make law that says the USA is continually at war. A clear move toward solidifying the disaster technique being used today.

This seems to be a disastrous road for humankind for it can only lead to reducing the very things that make us human; our humanity and replaces it with a group at the top who see people as slaves one way or another, to be managed in brutal ways. It is sadistic by design and Power is its goal. Absolute Power even over its own ranks.

It is insidious how Power grows until we deem it OK; an example is the Lotteries. On one hand the Power says it raises money for charities but the buyer is gambling and hoping for a big win. Should we encourage our population to resort to gambling to get ahead?

Controls over our choices and our rights to choose are already in place and more are coming as supplements get legislated against and natural and herbal remedies are being curtailed and outlawed. Our lives are being directed as much as possible from the outside.

In our favour we have communications and this gives mass rallying power when needed and opportunities to hunker down in our homes and communities and try more and more to be self reliant in every way: living within our means and not on bank loans of any kind. Become aware of who is in the driver's seat and are the intentions really good for both the mental and physical health of ourselves, our families and the community we live in. "1984" is not here yet.

My life has changed now…..

There was a time at night all alone where if I was too tired I would just turn off the light, climb into bed and go to sleep. It did not matter that I had not brushed my teeth. A sinful idea.

Now the ritual is much longer and ends with me brushing my teeth and my partial dentures. Such joy.

Before that though I go down to the kitchen and get a capsule of my Magnesium supplement and the baking soda. I spill the contents of the capsule into a fruit juice glass and an equal part of the baking soda. I turn on the kettle for about a minute to generate some heat and then half fill the glass and it froths and I drink it.

My life has changed now…

Goat Milk versus Cow Milk

When I was diagnosed with cancer one of the dietary one of the suggestions was that I use Goat Milk. Lots of positive reasons were given and so I complied. As I turn my diet around to 100% vegetarian plus Goat Milk and its products, no animal, fish or chicken products at all. I can feel the lump under my are is no worse, I am gaining weight and have good energy. There are many psychological challenges too. My continued use of tobacco through cigarettes.

I take 5 supplements: Vit Bs, D, Es, Magnesium and an anti- oxidant Resvaratrol. The Magnesium is to help my PH get to neutral between acid and alkaline. I have moved up to normal or near normal in about 3 months.

I am now juicing carrots every day and greens as well; wheat grass, kale, and beets, ginger, apple and orange. It is indeed a daily exploration to get the taste right for me but when I do it encourages me to try again. It tastes wonderful. I do the greens on their own and even them with an apple tastes ok.

I am not exercising enough but to move has always been a problem of mine. With the summer I will ride my bike and it will help I know. My 11 days of shooting at Weengushk Film Institute on Manitoulin Island, much of it working outside in below freezing weather improved my health by leaps and bounds.

The homeopathic medicines I am taking definitely have an effect which goes to my emotional core which of course is at the centre of me. My whole temperment changes to the better, to the positive side. I can feel that in this writing.

I do one visualization when I meditate in the morning. I cover myself in a stream of sparking white light and send it to my armpit. It goes inside and spreads its sparkles about encouraging my white blood cells as they enter the node. It is wonderful to watch and a few time now if it feels sore and it does sometimes I close my eyes and let my white sparking light go to the pain point and it is gone in a few seconds. Well that's what happens so who am I to argue about visualizations.

I am always reading and researching through trial and error to get myself in a totally good state to get rid of the swelling in my lymph node. the little cancer that I am dealing with.

I looked up some of the facts today wondering why it was that Goat Milk was suggested. From my personal experience with Goat Milk and its products and after reading the two articles below I conclude that were I to have children today they would only get Goats Milk to drink from crib to grave.

Here is what I read. The first is just goat facts and below it there is a link to an actual comparison between the goat and cow done by the US government

Alternative Medicine Angel This is a non-profit site offering educational information and broad based research on various health conditions, medications, supplements and therapies. Goat Milk vs Cow Milk

· Nutrient content of goat milk is slightly less than cow milk but goat milk is more digestible because the fat molecules are one-fifth the size of those from cow milk -- making it easily tolerated by those with compromised digestive systems.

· Seventy-two percent of the milk used throughout the world is from goats. It is one-third richer than cows milk but more nourishing and easier to digest.

· The flavor of goat milk is comparable to that of cow milk. Goat milk has a milder taste.

· Goat milk has no cream separation because of smaller fat molecules.

· Goat milk contains pre-formed Vitamin A in the milk fat that allows it to be readily available for use by the body.

· Goats milk contains a more highly-evolved cholesterol than cows milk, making it more available for absorption to the brain and body. (Cholesterol is essential to the health of the myelin sheaths "white matter" of the nerves in the brain.)

· Goat milk is closer to human milk and is therefore easily accepted especially by those young or frail.

· Goat milk has an alkaline reaction the same as mother's milk. Cow milk has an acid reaction

· Goat milk does not form mucous (phlegm) and is therefore better tolerated by asthmatics and those with allergies.

· Goat milk contains more chlorine, fluorine and silicon than any other domestic livestock. Chlorine and fluorine are natural germicides and fluorine assists in preventing diabetes.

· Goat milk contains 2% curd, which precipitates in the stomach. Cows milk is 10% curd.

· Goats are naturally immune to diseases, such as tuberculosis, and are used in third-world countries to actually cure tuberculosis because of their
inherent antibodies. · Goats milk is tolerated by a compromised /damaged liver because of the smaller fat molecules and it's naturally homogenized. · Goats milk has the ability to "sweeten" the intestinal tract and assist with constipation. · Goats milk contains a higher evolved carotene (pro-Vitamin A). Researchers have found this to have cancer preventing properties

Today's nature

The houses along the street are covered in snow.
A foot high winter wonderland created in an hour.
Now the shovelers come all bundled up and eager,
for the wind is low and the light as clear as the air is fresh.

Snow flies and techniques are varied; a pleasant sight…
How wonderful to have eyes that can see what is…

And now the sidewalks are wet from the heat of the day;
dark brushstrokes separating snow filled yards and snow deep streets.

The Peoples of the world are in trouble!!!

This article is about the state of freedoms in England. It is the same in Canada, the United States, all the rest of the EU. All of us are losing our rights.

According to The Tax-Payers’ Alliance, the total cost, to The United Kingdom, of membership of The European Union - business regulations, VAT & other EU Tax, higher food prices, enforcing EU rules, administration, miscellaneous .. is £1 billion every three days :

£1,000,000,000 EVERY THREE DAYS

In return we have completely, or largely - and soon to be completely - lost control, to the E.U., of our
legal system ... economy ... local government ... immigration ... coastal controls ... business regulations ... tax ... foreign policy ... defence ... social, health and education policy .... NATIONAL DEMOCRACY : NATIONAL SOVEREIGNITY

Thanks to the EU Common Fisheries Policy, in 2007, alone, in the North Sea, alone, and considering three species of fish, alone,
23,600 tonnes of cod : 31,048 tonnes of haddock ; 6,000 tons of whiting ... were thrown back, dead, into the sea : 60,000 tonnes on the sea bed

On All-Fools Day, 2011, EU rules, ALREADY PASSED, come into force with regard to our health freedoms : the targets are herbal remedies, vitamin/mineral supplements, essential oils, organic foods : everything in the natural section which is a threat to the Pharma/GM disease machine.

These were drawn up by European Commission bureaucrats, who have a very cosy relationship with the pharmaceutical industry, and The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulations Agency (MHRA).

In return for passing legislation designed to destroy all opposition to the pharma-cartel, the EC/EU bureaucrats benefit from the “revolving door” route to well-paid positions within the pharmaceutical industry.

As for the MHRA .... “Despite being a department of the British Government, the MHRA is funded entirely by pharmaceutical companies and a percentage of staff and executives come from the pharmaceutical industry. ...

In 2001, the American Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) embarked upon a campaign named ‘Operation Cure All’ aimed at wiping out the producers and retailers of any kind of herbal treatments for cancer. The FDA & MHRA work in close collaboration.” Martin J Walker

The MHRA is the largest pharmaceutically-funded enforcement and policing agency in Europe.
If you were part of the problem, at the last election, i.e. if you voted Lib/Lab/Con OR DID NOT VOTE AT ALL now is the time to wake up.

The passing of Doug Dales

Too steep he paid a price poor prince
now dead and gone beyond us far.
How much I miss your honesty and love.
The twinkle in your eye meant much more.

But you are gone now away for ever and a day
into places we have yet to see or feel or know.
I'm not so far behind so it will not be too long
till we put our heads together and sing another song

I cannot seem to catch my breath
winds blowing hard against my every leaf.
There is not place outside to find a niche.
What should I feel when pummeled toward my death.

Five months ago I rose and saw a great adventure
before my eyes. An energy I love awoken
A goal to reach, a new rider to strut his stuff;
A dear friend, with really such a lively brain.

No easy task I undertook for age and confused temperament :
best just to say both are old and certainly I have a bent.
Some tinged with barbs as hard as barbs can be
but not with malice but with love laid where not all see

Not all saw that and so I grieve far more than most
My health has disappeared and cancers found me tasty
The rider now like me is fighting but far more risky.
The adventure taken back for others to be host.

And that is only part of all that tilts my bowler.
I struggle now to find the path to bring back health.
Years now I know good healing with herbs and homeopathy
That stand out in my mind gainst Chemo and XRay killer.

I listen to the folks I trust and place down all the questions
and sit with doctors who have figures to their benefit.
So I’ve changed my food and take supplements too
And mix up things that look like goo.

My last big chore is to give up the weed.
Addiction is a potent greedy freak
I’m coming close to the devil now
And soon I'll regain my strong know how.

And I sit alone in my dark third floor
With my solitaire and my mind out the door’
I can’t seem to find my feet on the floor
Just a mind caught nowhere and nowhere to go.

It’s the lot of my life to live in between
A mind in the wind with the leaves all akilter
But I try my best to stand up in the storm
I’m not much for quitting. I can take lots more.

TIme tells all!!!

Lymphoma! Hodgkin’s! the gentle worried woman said
And followed with, “But you are far from dead.”
She waited calmly to feel my first reply
It was not news to me, not really, I know not why.

Encouraged by my tranquil unaltered state
She went on to describe my newfound fate
Chemo, radiation, who knows what for sure
She has a friend who’s studied, knows the cure

Relax and wait until this new sage can examine
There is much time for this woe is not like famine
It sits inside my right armpit that finds me
A royal cushion ready to move throughout its sea.

The news has passed to all who counsel this happy soul
And I, the keeper, shuttered eyes like some forest troll
Will wait to hear the sure fire paths
Of all the pundits who can kill this wrath.

Soon, quite soon I’ll choose the allies in this game
Will I choose right or wrong? Will I ever be the same.
Time is time and moves at its own pace.
There is always an end in the human race.

Karma plays its hand and always will
Tomorrow is day one of our fine film
Hello October is all ready, the first shot due.
My work some done, will now begin anew.

I am inundated with life!!!

I am inundated with life and its all encompassing needs
I am just another ear but my mouth just feeds
Oracles have an easier time and are more sublime
But I do my best and try to live in rhyme

So the tests were done and my arm now waits
Perhaps its how life lives with the fates
What is time but a passing self born fantasy
For in each second all life takes its eternity

A week to go and the film starts shooting
And now the urgency of weeks ago are real
And those who did not understand the minutes
Now have seconds to discover my realities

I rise to all the questions from others and myself
For is not life just a parade of waiting on a shelf
Karma plays loud and answers are revealed
Was it ever otherwise? We are all the same breed.

Doctor surgeon save me now before I come to greater harm.
Take the tests; more ultrasound, the needle biopsy too.
You felt the lumps, called for a mammogram and last of all
yes last of all, the Kat scan to see me through and through.

My weight loss lends to make me know something is amiss
Is it infection or is it cancer is what you must decide.
And then its up to me to hear the path you wish to take
And me decide just how to move what vehicle I’ll ride.

Will I say yes if you say go the route of surgery?
Take the chemo, radiation just like most would do.
Or should I go a natural way, right food and actions clear
And know that path is open and it too can be true..

There are no guarantees in life.
No secret ways of knowing.
But I am master of my path.
Of which way I’ll be going.

We mortals grasp at every straw, maybe it is nothing at all,
The Cat scan says my heart is fine so’re my lungs and liver
Just the armpit finds me doc and makes me a strong believer
Except I don’t pray or maybe I do a sinner hoping to save a fall.

Still more tests to go and they will tell me more
so I live on the edge of an apartment ledge
hoping the wind will be just a breeze
and the worst I will have is the occasional sneeze.

I’ll stay off the coffee and drink ginger tea
Alter the foods that go into me
Guard my body with a mind more sane
Think better thoughts and take care of me.

A leaf needs no strength to live through a storm
It is only a matter of relaxing to the blow.
So it is with all things come to pass
It is not what but how we bend gently.

Yes the biopsy is next with the mammogram and the ultrasound.
There is not telling what the seed of the discomfort is,
enough to know it rests isolated in its space
bigger yes, but not invasive to other parts as yet.

The herbalist said that after diagnosis she can tell
how to fit into a healing shell.
So all wait patiently to hear the longish name,
translated into plants to end the game.

Calmness, grace and inner strength

A way of being to enfold the form

As simple as breathing out

Life is what its all about.
